Krishi Vigyan Kendra is an innovative transfer of technology project which were launched with the aim to reduce the tune lag between the generation of technologies and their transfer to the farmers in one hand while to provide the feedback information to the researchers on the other hand.  Trainings of farmers, farm-women and rural youth in the fields of agricultural development are an important job for proper transfer of agricultural technology. For the purpose various extension activities like trainings, demonstrations, campaigns, field days, kisan melas etc. in crop production, horticulture, vegetable, animal husbandry and home science based on principle of teaching and learning by doing and is imparted to the farmers and farm women both at the campus and off campus.
