Yog is the link to create harmony by aligning all the three components through knowledge, action and devotion into one and in turn, supports life. Yog is the science dealing with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health of an individual's life and society.
Yog is the most perfect health and wellness module being holistic in nature. Yogic principles help to strengthen and develop positive health enabling us to withstand stress better. Its orientation to a comprehensive health, both individual and social, makes it a worthy practice for the people of all religions, races and nationalities. The live and interactive yog sessions will be held during the conference. This will be an initiative toward synchronization of mind, body and soul using cosmic energy and will lead to health wellness.
