INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEAD PAPER PRESENTATION

  1. The duration of each presentation will be 15 -20 min with 5 min for discussion.
  2. Prepare and bring your presentation file saved in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt), (.pptx) file format.
  3. Check in at the Session Room, preferably 15 minutes before your session, to submit/upload your files and to preview your presentation.
  4. Support team will be available to assist with the upload of your file(s).
  5. Be sure to bring a backup copy of your presentation with you.

  1. The duration of each presentation will be 5-7 min with 3 min for discussion.
  2. Prepare and bring your presentation file saved in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt), (.pptx) file format.
  3. Check in at the Session Room, preferably 15 minutes before your session, to submit/upload your files and to preview your presentation.
  4. Support team will be available to assist with the upload of your file(s).
  5. Be sure to bring a backup copy of your presentation with you.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Author/Authors of the manuscript have to register themselves for attending the conference. No TA/DA will be paid for participating in the conference. Registration fee once deposited will not be refunded. Research scientists, academicians, gender experts from various countries, officials from Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development, Women and Child Development, NGOs, entrepreneurs and women innovators may participate in the conference.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be arranged in the faculty house and hostels at CCS HAU, Hisar. Hotels can also be arranged on request of the participants.

GUIDELINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT
Researchers and other professionals are invited to contribute abstracts on any of the conference themes mentioned above. Abstract should not exceed 350 words. It should be typed as given in format for abstract. Maximum limit of abstracts/papers as first author will be restricted to two in numbers. The selection of the abstracts will be finalised by the Technical Committee. The selected abstracts will be published.

Format for Abstract

  • Title of Paper (Times New Roman, 12-point, bold, centered)
  • Author1 First name, Second name, Surname, Author2 First name, Second name, Surname , Author3 First name, Second name, Surname (Times New Roman 11-point, centered, normal), include all authors here with corresponding author's email id.
  • Department, Institution, City, State/province, Country (Times New Roman 11 point, centered, line space 1 ) for each author
  • ABSTRACT ( Times New Roman 11 point, justified, line space 1 )
  • Key words: (Maximum 5, Times New Roman 10-point)
