in Village Kansala District Rohtak, India on July 15, 1948. Education -
B.Sc. (Ag.) at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana in 1969; M.Sc.
(Entomology) in 1972 and Ph.D. (Entomology) in 1982 at CCS Haryana
Agricultural University, Hisar.
